KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak today has successfully underwent a minor surgery to remove a small benign growth on his right hand in Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL) today.

HKL in a statement here today said Najib underwent the operation as an out patient and the prime minister has returned home to rest.
