UMNO WAS NOT BORN YESTERDAY

As the President of UMNO DS Najib Razak once again caught UMNO delegation’s awareness with a question of whether to choose between the UMNO-led Barisan Nasional, which refers to Malay leaderships or over DAP Chinese chauvinist groups dominated opposition pact, it is not just a wake-up call to the 3 million UMNO members but to all Malaysians, including opposition supporters and sympathisers.

Is the President’s manifestation unfounded? Should there be anyone who would regard it as the beginning of an election campaign, it is very timely that Malaysians too ought to heed the warning gravely.

DS Najib Razak was not born yesterday and what more UMNO, which has existed for more than 70 years, their leaders were not born yesterday too. Since the last 2 elections, DAP managed to gain control not only the opposition but their doctrine to eliminate Malay influence and power has been translated into Penang, the minute they captured the island from the ruling party Barisan Nasional (BN).

DAP’s doctrine of then and now, UMNO is not just a political archenemy but a main barrier to get rid of the Malay influence and power. Anyone who agrees to jointly with UMNO, shall be labelled by DAP as a running dog or lackey. MCA, Gerakan and MIC are victimised and hence crucified in the previous general elections with their poisonous doctrine – To vote for BN is a vote for UMNO. Is this not clear that DAP has every intention to scrap the ultimate Malay power?

Can we not realised that when UMNO is successfully eliminated, the move would have grave repercussions for Islam and all its institutions which also include our Malay Rulers?

Kit Siang did not allow for too long to dismiss DS Najib’s claims on the grounds that the majority of the people is still the Malays and should the opposition managed to conquer Putrajaya, the Malays are still wielding the supreme leadership.

As UMNO is not a juvenile party, its leaders and grassroots are not as short-sighted as deemed by Kit Siang that even Malaysians are not easily deceived too.

Perhaps Kit Siang needed to be reminded when for the second round DAP break ties with PAS in their opposition pacts in which DAP has explicitly rejected the power and influence of the majority Malay Muslims. Shortly thereafter, DAP created their well-funded new party PAN comprising of PAS splinters, with a clear intention to extend DAP’s continuity in the Malay community.

If Kit Siang needed to be told of Perak political crisis in 2009, it was thus an eye-opener to the Malays when its Chief Minister from PAS was just a DAP’s puppet whereas the state’s administration were dictated and controlled by the two cousins Nga Kor Ming and Ngeh Koo Ham. To an extend, the Chief Minister’s position was totally determined by DAP and their Malay allies seems to have no say at all.

Ethnic cleansing in Penang island by DAP administration is thus a living evidence. The majority poor in Penang are obvious the Malays and other races, except for the Chinese. DAP-led Penang has proven to have no interest to safeguard the Malays that almost all the Malay villages on the island are extinct. Is this not DAP’s ruthless means of chasing out the Malays or ethnic cleansing?

Talk is cheap and whatever comes from DAP are poisonous to multi-racial Malaysians unity. UMNO is wise enough to sense DAP’s malice strategy when they started to regard the majority Malay civil servants as a burden to the government, the Malay and Bumiputera premier educational institutions Universiti Teknologi MARA must be spurned disdainfully plus the Selangor recent strategy to abolish Malay and Bumiputera’s 10 percent discount housing scheme.

Next would be the federal religion, Islam, that it is crucial for DAP to politicise and questioned them. Have we forgotten when Guan Eng had boldly demanded that the word ‘Allah’ to be used in their bible? Should we still allow DAP stepped into the prayer rooms for their politic speeches? Even PAS should never forget when DAP disputed mosques provisions over their worship houses.

DAP resentment towards this Malay party UMNO as their prime enemy can no longer be compromised and in fact not a political myth. It is thus very certain that DAP not only determined to remove the rights and power of the Malays but it is even more horrendous when they are eyeing to  erase any Malay identity.

DAP can fool Dr Mahathir and their alliances but they can never succeed to deceive the Malays as long as UMNO is still kicking. Now and again, UMNO was not born yesterday and even if DAP would try relentlessly, as long as UMNO still stand tall for Islam, the Malays and the nation, DAP is indeed Malaysia’s number one destructive agent. There are never any doubts on UMNO President Najib Razak’s remarks and a dire need to be taken seriously is paramount.
